The CEO was held by the FBI in the Dallas airport as he was waiting to board a Costa Rica bound flight.

Tim Evans, Texas lawyer of Carruthers, requested the court for the postponement of the bail hearing which will be held in St. Louis federal district court.

Evans did not specify the reason to move the detention hearing. The date for the bail hearing is still not set.

The lawyer said that Carruthers is in good condition and doing well.

After the hearing, he was returned to the Fort Worth facility and will await there for the travel to St. Louis.

Gambling analysts says that the real target of the case is Gary Kaplan, the founder of BetOnSports, who is still at large.
